Driver told us that he hates n***ers. Before we entered the van the recruiter (I would call him)told us that they accepted debit/credit card payments (none of us had cash). When we got to the hotel, the driver's card machine magically stopped working, and he insisted we use an ATM (which charged 4 dollars). We told him to remove the $4 ATM surcharge from each of our bill as it would be unfair for us to pay more than the original agreement as per THEIR machine not working. He got upset that he was losing money and said "this is why I hate N***ers". There are witnesses that can back my story up, including hotel employees... I called the company and reported the issue, they said they would call us back. We never received a call back. I would say if you're black, don't give this company your money because they apparently hate us.
