I've used this "company" multiple times. Referred 4 people to her that have made purchases. However she had a sale, I purchased a flyer. Recently I finished her questionnaire for the flyer almost 2 weeks ago. She never responded, so I emailed her to check on my work. She responded and told me that she had a huge work load (the questionnaire said I'd receive it in 1-3 business days) she also stated that was her old turnaround time and I'd receive a proof by the end of the week(10 businessdays at this point.) 2 days later she sends a flyer. I didn't like it (I felt like she just through it together) I told her the corrections I'd like. She said ok. After that I never heard from her again. I emailed her multiple times no response. So I emailed her from another email, she responded very fast. Told me I'd receive my proofs in 1-3 days. I'll attach the screenshots if I can below. I supported her but after this I'd never purchase anything else from her. I've also let the people know who I referred to her (most of them then too let me know they didn't like how she did things.) Instead of sitting on Instagram all day recording videos smoking hookah and posting nonsense she should be making sure shes providing good service. (Maybe that's why her prices had to drop, and she post less content on her business page these days) With this kind of customer service I see why the clientele would be decreasing.
