I ordered a few hoodies last month for my small business and decided to place another order. Upon arrival the colour of a couple of the hoodies was not the same as my previous order so I asked one of the ladies to see if they had any of the other colour in the back.

Paul came over and very rudely told me that I couldn t just change my order last minute and he doesn t have time to be checking in the back for such a small order. He said I should have looked at the colour swatches on the website and was very rude.

I found a picture of the hoodie I ordered originally and showed one of the ladies and then she realized she had given me the wrong colour and found a size in the back. Paul s attitude was very disrespectful and I don t understand why you would give so much attitude to someone who is bringing business to your store- especially when it was an error on your end. I will be taking my business to another company because if this interaction. Do better
