I have been a customer of Pluspas / gsd-v vzw for several years now and I must say that their service is average. While they do offer a decent range of services, I often find myself waiting longer than expected for a response or resolution to my issues. The staff is generally friendly and helpful, but the overall experience could definitely be improved.
