Awful experience with the service department. I brought my car in for 3 recalls which they said they tested and fixed. They also did an inspection of my car and when several things were marked off that needed to be fixed they failed to mention this to me I discovered it when I looked at all the check marks on the paperwork and questioned them. Service manager kept insisting that Alexis went over all the recommendations with me when she did not. They were sending me on my mary way with broken tail lights and no reverse lights. They couldn t even put air in my tires for me. I mean how pathetic they couldn t spare some air really?! The service manager just came in and started clicking away on his calculator didn t want to help me at all probably because I am a woman.
