I've recently worked with this electric motor manufacturer, and my experience has been rather challenging. Although they offer a wide range of products, the communication has been quite slow. I found it difficult to get timely responses to my inquiries, which led to some frustration on my end. 🤔

Additionally, the delivery timelines were not adhered to as promised, causing delays in my projects. The product quality seemed acceptable, but I believe improvements can be made in the customer service aspect. Overall, while there is potential, my experience did not meet my expectations. 🛠️
