Runtastic Events LLC is an averagely competent company. However, their lack of attention to detail and poor customer service often leave a lot to be desired. The registration process for their events is convoluted and confusing, with unclear instructions and inconsistent information. On top of that, their customer support team is slow to respond and often unhelpful in resolving issues. Overall, my experience with Runtastic Events LLC has been average at best.
