I've been with Independent for over 2 years.
I've been with many other agencies, and seriously, it's been so painful (with the other agencies) and bad experiences, and when I signed up with Independent, I thought "here we go" , but they proved me wrong... They care for their customers, they fix things ASAP, they check in just to make sure everything is going well and tenants are happy with how things are going, so I don't have anything bad to say! And my current property manager Steph, I mentioned her I needed a new property, but in different suburb, and she made it happen in LESS than a week. They are very committed and very helpful, and I wouldn't recommend anyone else, but Independent!
