I've been a customer of Brandzone for several years now, and I have to say that their service is simply average. Their website is user-friendly and their product selection is decent, but their customer support is lacking. They often take a long time to respond to inquiries and their representatives can be quite dismissive. Overall, I would give them a 3 out of 5 stars.
