Brandcrafter is an average company. They offer some decent services, but there's nothing really outstanding about them. Their website design is pretty basic, and I was expecting something more creative and eye-catching. The customer support was average as well, nothing exceptional. However, they did deliver the project on time, so that's a plus. Overall, I would say they are an average company to work with.
