I had quite an average experience with Tekhouse. The quality of their products is decent, but the customer service could be improved. Although they were responsive initially, there were delays in the installation process. The technicians seemed knowledgeable, but lacked punctuality. Overall, I would say they are just an average company in the home automation industry.
