I had a great experience shopping with Simpatico by Designs. Their product selection is impressive and the quality is outstanding. The customer service team was very helpful and accommodating. The only suggestion I have is to improve the packaging as my item arrived slightly damaged. Nonetheless, I am happy with my purchase.
