Sommerset/ Carlton place office is a complete other story though, they have never given me the slightest bit of attitude towards me or my girlfriend, maintenance was fast when i needed it (within 18 working hours) so far i would give sommerset and Carlton place office 5 stars (SO FAR) but Danburry office would be a ZERO if i could
as far as my experience with cooperate Goldmark, i have been trying to get in contact with a supervisor for over a week, leaving messages and not getting any of them returned. the 1st person to answer the phone (im assuming receptionist of some sort) seems to always be in a cheerful and helpful mood
