🤔 Hoops pflegeteam has been caring for my elderly mother for a few months now. While the caregivers are generally attentive and provide good care, there have been a few instances where the service fell short of my expectations. The company's staff is responsive and tries to address any concerns promptly, but I feel that there is room for improvement. Overall, I would say the service is satisfactory, but there is room for growth.
