I had a very average experience with Dyckhoff gmbh. The quality of their products was satisfactory, but the customer service was lacking. I had to wait a long time for a response to my inquiry and when I finally did get a response, it was not very helpful. Overall, I would say that Dyckhoff gmbh is an average company.
