Worst place to get your signs done. I have ordered decals for semi trucks, I sent an email with exactly what I needed 6 pairs of certain wording and have been quoted 119$. I go to pick up my order paid for it and when I checked it was only half order. The guy, Clarence said they will fix it at no additional cost since they messed up. I came next day to pick it up just to encounter the boss with a nasty attitude. He was asking me to pay another 100$. I was shocked, not only they messed up my order but also expected me to pay for their mistake. Their reasoning was that I said I needed 6 pairs and they understood 6 pieces. He said I either pay or get the damn out. I got out.. they can stick those signs on their foreheads.
