I have been a customer of Protomaster Riedel & Co. GmbH for a few years now, and I must say their services are average. The website is user-friendly and easy to navigate. However, the customer support could be improved. The response times are slow, and sometimes it takes days to get a resolution for my issues. Overall, I would rate them as average.
