I am a patient of the Accordius Health location on 5939 Reddman Road Charlotte NC 28212. This place is horrible. Some of the staff are very pleasant but their are staff I have seen physically beating on a patient with mental illness. They deny care for patients quite often requiring the patient seek help from another worker in the facility. That is if they're able to do that for themselves. Many patients are bed ridden and unable to. The patients do not have access to a phone other than the nurses desk that makes it impossible to report them to the state. This lady that has given them 5 stars has done so for way too many facilities to not being a fixer for Public Relations of the facilities.
