The diving experience with BreakWater Scuba was just average. The instructors were knowledgeable and the equipment was in good condition. However, the overall organization of the dives could have been better. There were delays in the schedule and some of the dive sites were overcrowded. Overall, it was an okay experience but not something I would rave about.
