I can't say enough good things about The Cultured Abalone Farm. Their abalone is the best I've ever had. The flavor is outstanding and the texture is melt-in-your-mouth tender. The fact that they prioritize sustainability makes me feel even better about purchasing from them. Their customer service is also exceptional. Definitely worth every penny!
