I had a mixed experience with Eseki s.a.l. Overall, I would rate them as average. The customer service was decent, but I had a few issues with the products I purchased. The quality was not up to my expectations, and I had to contact the support team multiple times to get my issues resolved. However, they did manage to rectify the problems eventually. I hope they work on improving their quality control in the future.
