I had a disappointing experience with Minimoon for my recent vacation. The website was easy to navigate, but the customer service was lacking. The staff was unhelpful and unresponsive to my concerns. The property I booked was not as advertised, and I encountered several issues during my stay. I would not recommend using Minimoon for your vacation.
