have been twice over the last 30 years.those in charge need a wake up call..derrrrrr open the gardens at 10.. but house closed till 12...wake wakey >>>>>> its raining today .....you need to open the gardens and the house at the same time.. its not rocket science. boys..if its bad weather proceed to the house..we left without visiting,very poor service.. thank you. wont be calling again ever.from what i can see all you want to do is sell season tickets to the punters get as much money in your pockets..you need to go look at Blenheim palace,these boys are on the button..excellent service..even gave us free entry for free visits..yep no comparison to the national trust.. yes i no Blenheim is private ..and you can see the difference in the service to its visitors .have a nice day john bunning p.s. i had to give you people 1 star to make my review.. but class the star as a minus.. ***** yes 5
