I had a mixed experience with Splitcast Technology. While their products and services are of average quality, the customer support left much to be desired. The website could use some improvements in terms of user experience. However, I appreciate their efforts to address my concerns and improve their services. There is definitely room for growth, and I hope they take customer feedback seriously.
