As a customer of SpeakOut, I have to say that their service is average at best. While they offer decent packages and pricing, their customer support is lacking. Sometimes it takes forever to get a response, and even when you do, they don't always provide a satisfactory solution. I hope they improve their support team because that's definitely an area where they could use some work.
