I have been a customer of The Funny Bone for several years now and I must say their service is consistently average. The website, optimumhealth.ca, is easy to navigate and find the information I need. The staff is friendly and helpful, but sometimes it takes them a while to respond to emails. Overall, I would rate my experience with The Funny Bone as average.
