Our stay at Old Smoky Mountain Cabins was average. The cabin we rented was cozy and had a nice view, but there were a few maintenance issues that needed attention. The customer service was prompt in addressing the problems, but it took away from the overall experience. With some improvements, it could be a great place to stay.
