The department I got put in was critically understaffed and I still found a pleasant experience at Purcell Wallpaper And Paint, INC. I've seen a lot of companies with subpar paint colors or wallpaper designs, but these guys seem to know what they're doing. While the store felt understaffed, they managed to still get everyone served, even if they had to wait a bit. They even gave me some solid advice on interior design!
