I recently had the opportunity to visit Spring Mountain Ski Ranch Homeowners Association, Inc. and I must say it was an average experience. The staff was friendly and helpful, but the facilities could use some improvement. The slopes were not very well maintained and the rental equipment was outdated. However, the lodge had a cozy atmosphere and the hot chocolate was delicious.
