I have been a customer of K'oyitl'ots'ina for several years now and I must say that their service has been consistently average. While they do provide the necessary products, their customer service can be lacking at times. There have been instances where my inquiries were not addressed promptly, which can be frustrating. Overall, I would say they are an average company to work with.
