I had a mixed experience with Cross & Simon, LLC. The service provided by their lawyers was average. They were professional and knowledgeable, but I felt that they lacked personal attention towards my case. The communication was okay, although sometimes I had to follow up multiple times to get a response. Overall, they were able to resolve my legal issue, but I expected a bit more from a reputed law firm like Cross & Simon, LLC.
