I had a mixed experience with Royal Auto Group LLC. While the staff was friendly and helpful, I encountered some issues with the car I purchased. The car had multiple mechanical problems that required expensive repairs. However, the staff at Royal Auto Group LLC worked with me to resolve the issues and provided excellent customer service throughout the process. Despite the initial problems, I appreciate their efforts to rectify the situation.
