I had a bit of a mixed experience with Afisha Media Group. While the website rusac.com was easy to use and provided a lot of useful information, I found the customer service to be lacking. It took a long time for them to respond to my inquiries and when they finally did, their answers were not very helpful. Overall, I would say that my experience with Afisha Media Group was satisfactory, but there is definitely room for improvement in their customer service department.
