Theres no words for the lack of attention this hospital gives. I took my husband in for severe, bent over double pains near his gallbladder. When we arrived there was a handful of people and we expected a wait, we understood it's an e.r . well the triage tech got us right in front an x-ray and even gave us a private waiting room due to having our newborn with us. Four hours later not even a check in on us to make sure he's breathing. On top of that when I went to visit the restroom, another patient who was in very poor shape asked me kindly to find a nurse because every time he paged someone nobody came in. I found 4 nurses standing laughing over some pizza and their phones and 3 nurses maybe even doctors sitting at the computers one on the phone..I overheardthat patient being talked to very poorly and even in the shape he was in he got up and left. After waiting four hours, my husband gave up and discharged himself after the dr had the nerve to sit with him in the waiting room for 10 minutes trying to talk to him! As we left through the normal waiting room, there was not a SINGLE and I mean a single person in there. I'm disgusted. It's not the first bad encounter we've had, but it is the damn last.
