I have nothing but such great things to say about the Animal Shelter! They really guided my wife and I along the whole process and were very patient with us when we were visiting with the dogs. First, the whole shelter is very clean, the very friendly volunteers are always cleaning, feeding and walking the dogs around. We ended up adopting a little (for now) lab mix named Gracie (formally Gypsy) and she has been such a great addition to our family.

I highly recommend that anyone looking for a dog or cat, rescue one or more from the Sterling Animal Shelter. All their dogs and cats are spayed/neutered and you are really making a difference when you adopt instead of buying from a breeder.
