Verteks Consulting has come in to help get our ShoreTel equipment running when no one else was able (at 2 different companies I was employed by. Phones were hit by lightening and no one would come service their high priced equipment so we had a quote on a Thursday and were installing phones on Monday (unheard of service for a high school). I would not hesitate in using them time and time again. Don Gulling is personable, dependable and knows his business. His attention to his customers is why he has excelled in the business. If he sold vacuum cleaners he would do better than most anyone else due to his customer attention. I am glad he is dealing with phones and his company does a super job at that.
