I recently had a consultation at a local urology clinic and I was not impressed. The staff was rude and unprofessional, and the wait time was excessively long. The doctor seemed disinterested and rushed through the appointment. I left feeling unsatisfied and frustrated. I decided to try Manchester Urology Associates instead and it was a night and day difference. The staff was friendly, the wait time was minimal, and the doctor took the time to address all of my concerns. The level of care I received was outstanding. Highly recommended!
