I recently decided to go look at a specific vehicle on the Axelrod lot, I was thoroughly unhappy with the fact that the salesman, whom name i will not list, tried to sell me a vehicle without even opening the vehicle up for my mechanic and myself to look at nor did he let me test drive it. Sadly, that is not the worst part seeing as the salesman also thought it would be necassary to out me aloud on the showroom floor, as I am a transgender male. It completely disgusted me beyond anything I've ever experienced in my life. There was no need to tell everyone I was born female nor did he have to show my ID and point me out to his buddies and laugh in the office behind his desk. He made it a point to also tell the person on the phone checking my credit. I will Never go back to Axelrod nor will my family or friends. IF YOU ARE AN LGBTQ OR AN ALLIE, AVOID THIS DEALERSHIP!
