I recently had the opportunity to work with Eick Annette and I must say that their service was average. The overall experience was decent but nothing extraordinary. The staff was courteous but lacked enthusiasm. The quality of their products was satisfactory, although there were a few issues with durability. I believe there is definitely room for improvement in terms of customer satisfaction.
