We had purchased a used 2010 Volkswagen GTI for my son's first car at another dealership back in August 2018. It had 122,000 miles in March 2019 when we brought it in to Keffer Volkswagen for issues related to an oil leak, as well as our son changing out the wheels. Tammy Hough was our service advisor. I have to say working with her was a very pleasant experience. She was extremely friendly and knowledgeable. As my son is an automotive student and works at a local oil change station, he was curious to the issues with his car. Specifically having changed out the wheels himself, causing some of the issues, Tammy was very patient with him in describing what went wrong and helping him understand. She encouraged him to call or stop in any time and also had the technician save the old parts and detail the issues to help him better understand as he embarks on a career in automotive. As a mother, I appreciated her patience with me and understanding my concerns getting every part of his car fixed and back to a safe condition. I've never personally owned a Volkswagen, but given my experience here with the service, I would definitely consider purchasing one in the future.
