We booked the hotel for 2 nights but had to cancel the booking because of coronavirus. We were unable to fly to Indonesia. Initially the hotel wrote to refund us the money but then denied. Why is this hotel so money minded? The cancellation happened because of coronavirus and everyone except this hotel has refused to refund despite the fact it said it will. I expected more from such a hotel, they should be more hospitable than being so focused on money and stop taking advantage of such an adverse situation. I ll never go to this hotel ever!!
