I had a mixed experience with Scooter bay. While their website is user-friendly and their scooters are of good quality, the customer service needs improvement. I faced some difficulties during the purchasing process, and it took longer than expected to get my scooter delivered. However, once I received the scooter, I was pleased with the product itself. Overall, I would say they are an average company.
