I m from Dayton, OH (1.5 hrs away). I went to the dealership on President s Day, figuring the dealership would be slower and the sales rep would take time with me... since I had several questions. I went to look at a few A7s (Since they had a few on the lot) as well as ask questions about other AWD sedans that I was interested in. Austin greeted me, allowed me to take my time, answered all my questions, and allowed me to test drive several vehicles. I was also able to speak with the service manager to ask questions about the used make and models that I was interested in.
I left that day, not feeling pushed to buy on that day. I ended up making my final decision two days later and started the paperwork. By that next Monday, the car was delivered to me, looking beautiful!
I could have bought an A7 anywhere, but I decided to purchase with Austin, because of his patience, professionalism, and attention to detail. Thank you Austin and Coast to Cost Imports.
