I have been shopping at Nekkr, inc for a while now and overall my experience has been average. While the website is easy to navigate and the prices are reasonable, the customer support can be hit or miss. There have been times where I had to wait longer than expected for a response to my query. However, when they do respond, they are helpful in resolving the issue. I hope they can improve their response times in the future.
