I had a pretty average experience with Cadwork informatik software gmbh. The software itself was fairly simple to use and met my basic needs, but I found it lacking in certain advanced features that I was looking for. The customer support was decent, but not exceptional. Overall, I would say it's an okay option for basic CAD work, but not a standout choice.
