Thank you for the job you have been doing cleaning our office over the last year. It was great coming into a neat and clean office every Monday morning and I will miss working with you. As mentioned, the only reason we are discontinuing our relationship with you is because of a "family" member going into the business.

I felt secure with who you had, having access to our office. I really appreciated the suggestions your staff would leave and I was always that you would take our special requests with such professionalism.
