I recently started therapy at a mental health center and it has been a life-changing experience. The care I have received at Northern Pines has been outstanding. The therapists are kind, understanding, and truly listen to my concerns. The sessions have helped me gain a better understanding of myself and develop coping strategies for my mental health challenges. I am grateful for the support I have found here.
