Horrible dealership because of poor service in the service department. Everybody has a bad attitude when I go in there and always 2 hours wait. Very rude employees and high turnover the last 2-3 years since I bought my car there. I went to another Jeep Chrysler dealership for my service afterwards and they had me in and out in 30 minutes and was very kind. They didn t treat me like an inconvenience to their time. As a small business owner, I would fire the management and clean house in there to get better customer service people that greet you and take care of you professionally. I was about to consider upgrading my Jeep, but won t be giving them the business!
