I had a mixed experience with Span Systems International Inc. While their customer service was excellent, I found their website navigation to be quite confusing. The overall quality of their products is average but their prices are competitive. I appreciate the effort they put into addressing customer queries and concerns. However, there is room for improvement in terms of user experience.
