Holes in the walls, tv didnt work, heater so old and dusty it makes the room smell like burnt dust and mold. Wifi didnt work only in our room, asked for a new room was denied until i mentioned i was a phd student wotking on a defense..never got any towels, glasses or new waters, breakfast was late past 6am so i missed out on it, never any apology never an offer to male things right, i spent a whole week here and wouldve cancelled after one if the company wasnt paying for it
How can you rent out a room with holes in the walls and not notice?
